Stop Bolting!

Removed the bolting stage of Forget-Me-Lots. When the mod is enabled, all Forget-Me-Lots in your save that is already in the bolting stage will also revert back to the grown stage. Now, after reaching grown stage, Forget-Me-Lots in your save will stop grow
