移除堕落建筑自动岗

移除了玩家可修建的堕落建筑的自动岗位。 生产资源类堕落建筑的星球限制建造一个也被取消，分子焕活所和机器人生产节点除外。 现在建造了堕落建筑后不会再有自动岗了，并且四级奇点之类的堕落建筑不再限制建造数量。 兼容性：与几乎所有修改了原版堕落建筑内容的mod不兼容，修改天机工程的mod应该能兼容
