L4D1 Special Infected Shaders

As it turns out, TLS also updated the shaders for the L4D1 SI that were added in the same update. This is most noticeable with the L4D1 Smokers tongue but is present on all Special Infected. This reverts the shader changes back to the raw vmts used in L4D1
