Most car batteries spawn with dead or very low CHARGE. Good charge is rare. Does NOT change battery condition (wear) - only charge. Defaults: - 88% dead / almost dead (0-12% charge) - ~10% medium (15-45%) - 2% good (70-100%) Fully configurable in Sandbox (
