Self Revive / Struggle out of incap mechanic
this mechanic allows the player and bots to self revive, however, it takes 20 seconds for bots to be able to get revived and 30 seconds for a player, this is a last resort, and also, forcing your body out of a knockout will result in a lower health revive,
