Vehicle Animations Fix

Fixes the bug where animated vehicle parts are completely misaligned/missing. Requires ZombieBuddy to work. If ZombieBuddy is not installed, it will have no effect. Check out the ZombieBuddy page to see how to install it. Notes: Works for any vehicle. Work
