Z-CITY Hot Potato
adds a hot potato gamemode to z-city self-explanatory CONSOLE COMMANDS: hg_hotpotato_timer (15) - Hot potato fuse duration in seconds. hg_hotpotato_extra_time (1) - Seconds added to the remaining fuse when the potato is passed (capped at the fuse duration)
