适用于 RimWorld 1.6 的携带策略（Carry Policies）。 可以配置命名的携带策略（类似原版的药物策略），指定殖民者应当在物品栏中随身携带哪些物品。可以在「分配」选项卡中为每名殖民者单独指定策略。 功能： 原版风格的策略管理界面：支持创建、复制、重命名和设置默认策略。左侧为策略列表，右侧为双栏编辑器（携带列表 + 可选择物品），支持按类别浏览、搜索和多选。 任何能够放入殖民者物品栏的物品都可以设置为随身携带：食物、营养膏、牛奶、药物、医疗用品、资源等。 营养膏会直接从营养膏分配机获取（每
