Fox's Fixed & Rebalanced Butchering

This mod both fixes a long standing butchering hook bug as well as rebalances the butchering system as a whole. In essence it is a combination of these two mods with some tweaks and updated for 42.20: Butcher Hook Animal Size Fix Rebalanced Yields: Butcher
