Build 42.20 trait registration for Free Traits. This does not replace the original. Enable Free Traits first, then this pack. Keep both on. Fixes: * TraitFactory.addTrait crash on boot (FreePointsTraits.lua). In 42.20 TraitFactory is a Java null, not Lua n
