本mod新增了三个行星扩大工程决议，对应科技需要原版科技气候复苏作为前置。决议消耗矿物和能量币发起特殊项目，工程船到这颗行星研究完成后即可将行星大小改为18-24、21-25、23-25。具体数值是随机的，三档的花费和时间都依次增加，但相应地，好的可能性也会更大。前期你也可以用比较廉价的第一档来解决自己周围的宜居星球普遍是小球的问题。这些决议都不限次数，可以在你的任何行星殖民地上重复使用。 新增了一个勘探行星矿藏的决议，对应科技需要原版的地表塑造科技作为前置。消耗能量币和凝聚力，花费半年时间，根据该行星类型
