修复 Build 42.20.3 联机（MP）中沙盒选项 Map.MapAllKnown（游戏开始时显示全地图）不生效的官方 bug：42.20.3 重构了已探索地图数据的网络同步，漏掉了 MapAllKnown 的处理，导致服务器开启该选项后客户端依然有迷雾。功能- 服务器开启 MapAllKnown 后，装有本 mod 的客户端进图后全图可见（大地图 + 小地图），与官方单机行为一致。- 可随时装卸，不影响存档。- 单机无需本 mod（单机该选项工作正常）。EnglishFixes the vanill
