Double Ancillary Capacity

Doubles the Ancillary capacity of all characters. Standard characters can now equip 12 Ancillaries instead of 6. Existing vanilla faction exceptions are also doubled proportionally. For example, Dwarf Ancillary capacity is increased from 8 to 16. Ancillari
