Ghouls Can Clean And Haul

XML change that adjusts ghouls. Basically re-adds worker to them but then marks all the various work/skill types as disabled. This will allow ghouls to be picked up by the job giver and thus do cleaning and hauling. You can't adjust them via the work tab a
