[B42+] Extraction Mode - Map Compatibility Patch

Adds support for modded map destinations to Extraction Mode. This is a compatibility add-on for Extraction Mode that allows supported custom maps to appear as raid destinations. The addon automatically detects which supported map mods are currently active
