Hearse Emergency Callout & Removal Mod

If you have a pile up of Bodies in your Prison that aren't getting removed, just call in some extra Hearses to do the job. Also, you can Remove Hearses in your prison by using the button in the Emergencies Menu to Dismiss all Hearses.
