Guards with Scoped Rifles

Equips guards with Scoped Rifles,fresh spawned guards will spawn with it,but the guards that don't have it should be selected (LMB) and right clicked to the armory to equip it,if that doesn't work - sack the guards that don't have it and spawn new guards.
